When my computer is multi tasking, it seems to like crashing, it freezes for a few seconds, then jumps into BSOD of death, it says at the bottom "beginning memory dump" then i restart it, its happened twice today and once yesterday, 2 week old build.

Are you doing any overclocking?
If not then you might want to try to run memtest. If your memory is fine then i say just reinstall windows xp, that's an easy fix.

Run on 1 stick of RAM. If it occurs again, switch and run on the other stick of RAM.
Also, try resetting CMOS 1. Locate a little circular battery on your motherboard and remove it. 2. Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute and put the battery back in. 3. Boot back up. Reset your CMOS after you have try running each of your RAM sololy.
