Default New HD installing windows, blue screen "setup is now loading files"-i think froze?
So new hd, new mobo, when i get to installing windows, this is one of the first screens, it says Windows- Setup is now loading files(Windows Executive)- its been at the same screen for 5-8 minutes, is it safe to restart and try again?

yup is ur ram new too if not u might wanna do a memtest
