While installing XP Pro x64 everything goes great until I get the the "Installing Components" screen and then it just flashes the status from Expanding Installed Files to Preparing to Install Files really, really, really fast. But the progress bar never even starts... *** IS GOING ON!

can be also ur optical drive or ur OS cd have some scratches

Yep. Try a different optical drive if you can.
Then try a different disk if that doesn't work.

I got it to work. I do need RAID drivers that will work on a USB for XP Pro x64 and the 680i chipset. I DESPERATELY need them... Anyone?
