Default Vista/XP Dual Boot

Hi Folks,

Well I decided to reinstall Vista, so many questions.
1) My keyboard does not work at the OS boot menu, it works through Bios then quits at the boot menu Any Ideas?
2) Where is my nVidia C/P??? I can't even find the nVidia folder. I know the drivers are installed.
3) I ran AM3 and my CPU score was only 4.5k ***

I've got alot more questions but I'll research some of those first.

Thanks

Oh Yeah 37 processes on a fresh install ***.. Vista sure is pretty though.

Hmm.... are the USB motherboard drivers installed? That sounds like it might be the culprit.

It has been a long time since I have touched nvidia. I'm an ATI guy.

What are you getting on other benchmarks?

Thanks,

Yeah the drivers are installed, AM3 only cause it's a quick D/L.
Vista rates my System as a 5.0. Is that good or bad?

your am3 score was 4.5k because your drivers are not installed.

go into device manager and uninstall the display device (uninstall the drivers).

go to control panel/programs and uninstall any nvidia graphics drivers (if any are there)

check c:/windows for an nvidia folder. if it's there, delete anything in there regarding display adapters

reboot

download/install the latest drivers for your card

reboot
