Default Vista cant verify WGA ?

I recently installed Vista and everything went great. I am now trying to install the Vista version of Activesync. I believe it is called Windows Mobile Device Center 6. When I try to download it, it asks me to verify that windows is genuine. I do that, but it wont verify. It wont even do the alternate verification. I just keep getting page not found.

I checked and I do indeed has Windows activated.

How can I fix this?

It did take me to a screen where I could allow the active x control to run, but didnt work. I ran the WGA diagnostic tool and this is what I got:

What is the purpose of this site?
These diagnostic pages will help you ensure that your Internet Explorer (5.01 or later) settings are configured properly to see images, run scripts, and allow ActiveX controls to download and run.

You will be walked through the troubleshooting process step by step. If your configuration settings are not correct, you will be provided with suggestions to resolve the problem. If your problem persists, you will be provided with information about where you can obtain additional assistance.

Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Results
Passed Active scripting allowed

Passed Display images enabled

Passed Computer time and date correct

Passed ActiveX enabled
Failed Windows validation ActiveX loaded

There's an alternate site to go through the validation (if that's what youre talking about). When I tried to validate vista and office the other day it wouldnt work until I stumbled upon another MS website where you can do it. I dont have the link on hand though. It is there though.
