Hi guys

It can be a number of things. Check the event log and see what errors you are getting. Check the application log and see if anything stopped. It could be software related, drivers, or hardware.

what email client are they using?
my mom had that error, it only happened when her email client was running. uninstalled, reinstalled the email client all has been fine. also check: bios version ram frequency and timings pagefile these seem to be common causes for this error that i've seen. also check the event log to see if something else errored out before that bsod.
