Four "High Importance" updates
Don't forget to update your windows today... Microsoft released 4 important updates for XP so when you have the time... its a total of 50Mbs
Actually, they released six, but some are for Office 2007

got any links to the descriptions or changelogs for these updates? I dont update windows XP anymore without reading what I am doing to my system after an arrant windows update broke my OS and I spent 2 days fixing it (by finally breaking down and resto-ing the registry database)

Um.. Window Update found 19 updates @_@. But total is 30.2MB. Which one are you talking about?

When you click start, choose Windows Update. Then you choose Custom, you can get the technical details or you can refer to my previous post where I gave the links.
In answer to Shadowrunner, security updates are the only ones classfied as "important" I think.
