hi Guys
__________________I have a client who has a P3 800Mhz Windows ME Desktop Computer. It will start normally in Safe Mode, but when you start it up in normal mode, a sound plays (similar to a sound file theme in Windows ME) and then the screen goes into a power saving mode and nothing happens. I have made sure everything is plugged in properly and that I have disabled all Start Up Items and nothing seems to help. Suggestions needed please

Seems to be a driver problem. Outside of that, I don't really know what to tell you. Try to reinstall the video drivers? Maybe try a different monitor?

Has to be video card, is it an older card? I remember something similar happening to me with my old ati 7000 card being set to switch among displays. I would uninstall all the video drivers then reinstall them all.
