Okay a month or two ago I got vista. Aside from one tiny problem vista worked pretty good. But a couple days after I installed it my audio started getting all distorted and static-y. That started happening after an update for nvidia audio or something. Eventually the problem just stopped happening.

In my attempt to dual-boot vista and ubuntu, I had to reinstall vista for this. But the problem has come back!

When this happens I have to exit the application and start over, and thats really annoying in a cut-scene. Anyone know?

I think there is a driver going to be released for this because I have the same issues on my laptop. However, I have been going through some forums and found that many people have this kind of issue. I would just try and find some different drivers and play around with them. I lessened my problem with newer drivers.
