Got my hands on this, i wonder what treats it will have in store for me?

So lets get on with installing...

Literally 100's of updates both Official and Unofficial, although at this time i will be installing only the unofficial updates.

I imagine it is just someones collection of all the fixes that M$ has put out plus some driver updates they chose to include.
