Disable sync manager in vista?
I've had this annoying little synchronization manager come into my task tray every single startup. I see no way to turn it off, even through msconfig. I can end the process in windows task manager, but the thing is, I've read its features and know I have absolutely no need for it. It's just unnecessary garbage in the task tray, so can someone tell me if they've found a way to get rid of it?

Searched control panel for 'sync manager', I get nothing.
