Soething weird keeps happenin everytime i open internet explorer, 30 to 40 windows of IE open up! Wats the prob here?

Sounds like a type of malware, use a Virus scanner to get the viruses (if any) and a Spyware/Adware scanner to get the other crap (if Any)

I'm sure that there are a couple guides around OCN, but I'll try to give you a couple programs I use:
Spyware Scanners:
Ad-Aware SE Personal (from Lavasoft)
Spybot S&S
Virus Scanners
Avast! Antivirus

All the above are free, only Avast! you have to register for, then you get extended time before renewal again.

There are other great ones out there, don't be afraid to use more than one... although you probably only want one virus scanner at a time... they can interfere with each other.

AVG is another good one, I used it until it started slowing everything down (probably just me)

True that. Its always fun when you get a virus so the first page that opens is a porn site...not only that but it opens seventy-five times. I have my rig in the living room. So thats a no-no for me...
