Default Opening a dll file...

I am having a bit a trouble opening this .dll file. I was woundering if there was a special prog that would let me edit it...thanks.... I have tried word, not pad, word perfect.....any other suggestions?

Well, you wouldn't have much luck doing it in Word Perfect. I think what you want to use is Notepad. I don't know anything about editing dll files, but if it is done in a text editor, that text editor is almost assuredly Notepad.
