Default Not sure where to post but here seemed right

Hi Im trying to find out if its posible to insert a thumbnail in to a wmv file?
Let me explaine on the 360 when you download a video from market place it has a custom thumbnail and im trying to do the same on my PC as when i look at my vids via media connect theres no pic but if i look at my mp4 vids on the 360 theres a pic!
Not sure if this makes sence to anyone but any help would be great

the 360 automatically recognizes the file and adds its own pic.i think.

itunes can add thumbnails, but i dont know what file type it supports...
