Default Make your friends go insane

For XP/Vista:

Lower Ram:
Windowskey + R -> Type: msconfig -> Find: Boot -> Find: advance options -> Max mem: 256

1/2/3/4 CPU's:
Windowskey + R -> Type: msconfig -> Find: Boot -> Find: advance options -> Number of processors: 1 or more (1 works best)

This will make them go insane with the slow bootup time and only 1 thread working

wow this is some wicked horrible stuff to pull on a computer enthusiast. I can just imagine if someone did this to me. I'd be pulling my hair out for weeks, before I finally reformatted.

Like 50 seconds? I've been using a P4 with 512MB of Ram for 6 months now, I know, painful.
