Default Computer restarts when I shut-down.

Hi, I didn't know where to put this but I think it could be an OS issue. Whenever I shutdown my computer, start > turn off computer > turn off. It will turn off I wait like 3-4 seconds and it boots up again!. I have to turn it off by the switch straight after it shuts down. Does anyone know what's causing this?
