I've tried onboard sound and 2 different video card. 2 different slot. Now I'm having driver trouble. If I play a song, windows acts like it's playing it, but you never hear anything. I am trying to output a digital signal, and my speakers have a controller that splits it into left and right. What am I missing? Thanks.

yeah i had a similar problem... it says it installed the drivers but it really didnt. mine claimed to install video drivers so i run the css stress test at 50fps. i then install new drivers and get 145 fps like i should. my sounds was awful but it at least worked. i dont know what happened with yours
