Default DEP Problems

Today I tried to unload windows blinds but it a Microsoft program called Data Exectution Prevention came up and closed the program so it would stop. After that a program called Dr. Watson came up, said it encountered errors and needed to close. FTW? Is Dr. Watson debugger some windows app and now I can't play my Fifa game anymore HELP!!
