Default MY WANG IS BROKEN!!!!! (usbperf error)

That is what I have affectionately named my OS...

but really,

Every eight minutes, my system is recording an error in the event-viewer relating to an error associated with the usbperf.dll (intemittently it is accompanied by a perflib query that is "unanswerable"

I have extensively researched the web to find many duplications of the problem...but no solutions.

Has anyone a suggestion or some experience that is similar????

DUCKIE, WHERE ARE YOU.........
