I'm currently having a problem with installing XP over my current one. What happens is that I put the XP cd in and the installation goes on until I get to the part where it asks for the: "Nvidia Network Bus Installation Disk #1". I put my motherboard's disk in the drive and then click ok. After a few seconds the lights on my Keyboard and mouse go out and I lose all connection to my USB devices. I tried using a PS2 mouse and keyboard, but they didn't work either. Am I doing something wrong??

Im not quite understanding your issue, Just pop in your xp CD, Format, Install xp and skip all network setup settings etc, You will manually install these with your CD drivers when your booted in windows.

Yeah... I would say installing XP over an old installation is wrong.. I'm surprised it will let you do that..
It never asked me to put in any Nvidia discs.. try choosing repair install if you dont wanna format

I'm trying what you guys suggested, but whenever I get past the license agreement, I get this error saying: "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer." Then at the bottom it says: Technical information:

No, I think they want you to disable RAID, then format both drives, then re-enable raid and have your floppy ready with the RAID drivers and hit F6 as soon as the blue screen apears and the OS begins to load.

Did you make a floppy disk with all your drivers on it?

I did, and I have the RAID drivers, but when it tells me to push F6, it doesn't compute or something, because it keeps on going

When you hit F6, the OS keeps copying files over, it will take a minute or two. After it is done, it will ask you to specify drivers. It will tell you to enter the disk into the A: drive, then you will have to hit S to specify which drivers. After you select RAID, just hit enter to continue with the normal install.
