Hey, i got my new pc parts today, for 3 pc's im on the first one, and im already having a prob. Vista (64bit home premium) is asking me for drivers, so i insert the disc for mobo guessing maybe thats it, no luck cos its not showing the disc in browse, i put the drivers onto a flash drive, but its saying no drivers found. Can anyone tell me what im supposed to do here?

I'm suspecting that maybe the disk only came with XP drivers?
Try looking around online for the Vista drivers.

damn tried it, they are on the flash drive and its still sayinf "no device drivers found", could it have anything to do with the fact my DVD drive isnt showing up on the browse list?

Does your DVD drive show up in "My Computer" or whatever? What drive letter is it? I don't have Vista, but I still might be able to help.

well this is in the installation phase of vista on the new machine, it went to language select fine then i hit install, and it brought up a "Select the driver to be installed" and it doesnt take any driver, but the DVD drive isnt showing up. After some quick "googling" i see a few ppl are having this prob, with some drives, its prob my old DVD drive, just dont wanna hassle ripping the good DVD burner out of my current machine just to fix it. If i dont HAVE to
