Question Eating too much RAM?

Im a bit worried that im using excess memory. Can someone please tell me if these figures in the task manager are ok? I mean physical memory, cached and free, its sometimes saying ive only got 2 or 3 free! (see my enclosed image, system spec below) all i had running when image was taken was Azureus bit client.

Don't worry about it, that's just the SuperFetch feature of Vista doing it's job.

Its just Vista using your RAM as a cache to speed things up.
