Default XP x32 key work on x64?

i know on vista a 32 key works on 64, does this apply to XP as well?

From what I have read, the answer is No. It's a one-time, one or the other choice. If Vista gets regged as 32-bit, it can't be used as 64-bit. Except I think for Ultimate, which can.
