Default Vista processes

There is so much random crap in vistas task manager compared to XP I have no damned idea what I actually need... Is there a list somewhere of things that are there by default and actually needed?

Also why do I have two of some processes? Like for instance csrss.exe has two and crashing one blue screens me...

Also, anyone know how I can delete this? (see attachment)

Says inuse I have NFI which process same effect after restarting a thousand timeswith no custom stuff..

This is what all windows versions desperately lacks in my opinion.. a TRACE PROCESS USING THIS FILE button.

Oh and a "Yes I know it is in use **** and kill it now regardless of how much damage it causes" but only works if you enter a password..

Have you tried booting in safe mode? You should be able to delete it from safe mode.
