Default Computer is JACKED.

Recently, my computer was just bogging down, bogging down bogging down and eventually it just crapped out. I restarted it and its the LAGGIEST piece of shiz in the world. and get this ANY time there is ANY audio at ANY volume it crackles pops and lags like a mofo. i immidiatly started scanning my pc. a squared removed 26 objects, most low risks but 2 high risks. nod 32 picked up 4 viruses, i got rid of nod32 and got kaspersky and its running as we speak. spybot s&d got 33 of its own objects removed and adware got like 6. i do have a scan going on but my cpu usage is jumping from 5%-50% and there is 38 processes going.

plus, i reinstalled my audio drivers and it fixed nothing. are these symptoms of a software attack such as malwares and whatnot or could this be hardware related?
