Default best way to save settings?

so after doing all the tweaks and making all the changes to windows to get it how i want it, is there any way to save all of that so that it can be applied later onto another computer or if i had to reinstall windows

You can make an image if you want it just in case you reinstall.
If it's on another computer I'm sure you could set most things (obviously not motherboard driver specifics) by slipstreaming them into a boot disk.
