Vista question
Hey guys, my brother got the MOH Airborne demo and it turns out he cant run it on his XP machine (it installed easy but he only has pixel shader 2)
So i said he could run it on my PC so he can see how it is and everything but vista wont seem to let me install it. I double click the file, then my downloads folder where the installer is goes unresponsive. So i end the explorer and after about 5 mins the consent pop up comes up and i obviously choose the 'allow' option and then expected the installer to show up....WRONG! All it does is sit there and do....nothing, i have tried about 4 times, i tried restarting then running it and still no luck  Can someone please help, i just want to play the demo!

right click it and press "run as administrator". problem solved

hmmm really...try emptying your temp folder (Run>%temp%). Make sure there are no instances of it already running. anddd...what else could it be....
you are sure it copied over to your computer 100%. perhaps it is partially copied? broken file perhaps? try safe mode as well, log in to administrator. might work.

Ok ill try the temp thing, im (garrys brother) am on his account which is an administrator so that shouldnt be a problem, and im pretty sure the file copied right, it has the picture next to the file, if they are broken it usually just has the white box thing. ill post back once ive tried the temp clearing.

nope still the same problem after i cleared temp....this is ridiculous....
