Default Limited User Issue

This has left me entirely confused.

Alright, I've been wanting to use CoreTemp, and upon reading the thread for the new version I followed this direction:

Quote:
2)Run cmd.exe as Administrator, enter
bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
I tried installing CoreTemp, but it had a driver failure regardless. Afterwards, I found that I was unable to login under my limited user account because the computer "could not connect to the System Event Notification Service".

I went to my Event log to check what was going on, and here's the message:

Quote:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064}
to the user UberXPS\Bryan SID (S-1-5-21-2396500120-2903116619-1318659906-1003) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
How do I fix this? I tried to find the component services tool but found myself basically lost. It would be real nice to log on under my limited user account, but this problem is just confusing the crap out of me.
