Installation order
I am planning to triple boot my system, now that i got vista, but i have an issue with the order. correct order would be xp pro, vista, ubuntu. However, i really really don't want to go dig out my floppy drive cause xp in all its stupidity can't read off of anything else, even though its running off a damn cd... anyways, how bad would it screw with the boot loaders if i install xp last? my plan is this: vista on my 74gb, then xp/linux on the 250gb drive, which has two partitions. will xp replace the linux bootloader if i install it last?

It's recommended to install the older OS first to the latest.

again, i perfectly well know how to do it the proper way, my question is how bad will it screw things up if i install xp last?

forget about it, i just installed vista on the 250gb drive and left my xp as is...
