Default Lol, where did my recycle bin go?
Using Vista64. Just tried to empty my recycle bin and noticed it wasn't there. So I restarted and still not there. This is wierd.

Anyone?

Right-click on your desktop and under view, deselect show desktop icons.

Right click on desktop, go to Personalize then check desktop icons on the top left and check recycle bin.

Restore Recycle Bin icon to the Desktop:
  1. Click Start, type Control desk.cpl,,@Web and press Enter
  2. In the Desktop Icon Settings dialog, enable the Recycle Bin checkbox
  3. Click OK

There is a registry entry that controls whether the recycle bin shows or not. I suppose it should be the same with windows and vista. Look at this.
