Default P5B Deluxe and Vista Ultimate x64

Hi, has anyone run into problems with this motherboard and Vista Ultimate 64 bit? I don't know which chipset drivers to install since I can't get my asus drivers CD to work and I think there might be a problem.

When I'm in the performance tab of task manager the CPU usage will randomly jump from a certain percent to another. I think this might indicate some CPU driver incompatibility. I went to asus to find drivers but I didn't have any luck.

I'm currently using bios 1215.

That will just happen with windows.... There will still be sporadic CPU activity regardless if you're doing anything or not.
