Problem
======
My taskbar and start menu freeze all the time.
I just reformatted and I'm receiving this problem.
Also, my computer randomly freezes for about 20 seconds every 1-2 minutes

I think it's related to drivers, but sincerely, it's almost 1AM, when I see a page this big for analysis, I just skip it.
