Default Help!!! Scratched Windows Install CD

I am trying to do a fresh install of Windows XP SP2. During the first phase of the install (format and [installation files]), I was not able to get some files off of the disc and popped my Windows 2000 disc in to copy the files. There were some chm files that I skipped...
Also:
netsetup.exe
netowork <no extension>
ntsomething.exe

When I rebooted and tried to run windows setup (this time the gui), I got an error concerning NT5INF.CAB or something.
Is there somewhere where I can get an ISO and burn it to a fresh DVD on my backup rig?

So long as you have your own key, I don't see how it would be unethical to borrow a friends CD to get the needed files.

This thread may be against TOS, best bet is to get it resurfaced. Then make an ISO back up of the install CD.
