Default Media Center Extender Software

Currently I have two Pcs, one running Windows Vista the other MCE2005. I have tuner cards in the Vista machine and it works great, but I would like to turn my other computer into a sort of media server with the tuner cards and additional hard drive space.

My question is is there a software that will allow my Vista computer to act like a Media Center extender and view TV streams directly from the server computer, so I can still access TV on the Vista computer as if the tuner cards were still in it? I had heard a while back that there were plans to put something like this in Vista, but have not heard much about it since. Any help is appreciated!

Tom
