Default How do I get rid of the boot screen???

In vista64 I have Tuneup Styler 2007 and I can put any picture as the boot up screen, but Tune up styler says its the one where its completely black and just the green bar on the bottom, while I have the one where its the blue aura and it says starting windows vista on the bottom,

how do i get rid of the blue aura one? Why did it even come up? Thanks
