[Vista] Critical updates that's not available with "Windows Update"

Hey.
I'm wondering if there is any critical updates i need to download for Vista that's not available with windows update. Like dual core fixes and performance fixes. I'm running the 32bit version of the Ultimate edition. - Babel.
