AMD Overclocker

Okay, so I have this old pIII machine that I'm planning on turning into a little media center machine for my room. Its nothing too special (1ghz/256mb ram/20gb hard drive), heres the catch theres no agp slot.
So I installed Windows MCE, tried to test playback. I get a warning that the drivers or video card does not support media center. So I figured its because it has integrated video with drivers installed via the xp mce install. So my question is, will a pci fx 5200 allow me to use MCE with no hiccups? I googled supported mce video cards and it is in the list, but I just wanted to ask before spending some money and finding out it wont work. Thanks!
