The problem here is that BIOS has the wrong drive set as the primary boot drive. I have this problem on my rig too with an 80 gig IDE and a 250 gig SATA. For some reason, my PC really wants to use the IDE as the primary boot drive. I can go in to BIOS and change it but if I'm playing with my OC and have to clear CMOS, it defaults back to checking the IDE drive first. I know this info is too late to help you, just thought I'd mention it
