I think Comodo Internet Security which includes Antivirus, Firewall and Defense+ and Malwarebytes would really help~! Simple searching via Google would lead you to them. Best of all they are free!

I will probably be updating the guide soon with a few tricks and stuff I've been having to learn for a new Spoof Anti-Virus thats been going around.

There are many strings of it a few of them are :

AVG 2009
Anti-Virus 2009
Anti-Virus 360
Microsoft Anti-Spyware 2009.

A lot of these viruses aren't picked up by AVG or other anti-virus software. I've been testing on virtual machines to see how they change user settings and the administrative controls. These things are really malicious and in some instances require a format & reload. They ask you to pay $59.95 to be able to "clean" the viruses it says you have on your computer. It is in fact a scam and I've dug and did some research and it originates in Russia so DO NOT buy it from them because they are stealing your information.
