have you been disabling services? there is a service that controls that.

well if you just reinstalled then what have you done since then?

also, do the keyboard shortcuts work? ctrl-c
is the option grayed out when you right click?

i try restore and put vista back in to check it there was a problem,i dont want to redo it again it did happen awhile ago with xp cant remember what i did
