uninstall and reinstall xp then sp2 then sp3 that should fix it, are you sure its a real sp3? not a beta or something?

Default XP SP3 Problem
Yeah, I downloaded and installed XP SP3, but it was after a fresh install of xp. I hadn't downloaded any of the updates for sp2, and now it's not giving me options like internet explorer 7. Help?

Should I just format again and reinstall xp then get all the updates, then go for sp3?

sp3 is in beta stages still so a public beta or private either way its beta still gonna have problems.
