I've googled how to transfer files from mac to pc and none of the methods seem to work when I tried them. Leopard is a pain for me since Bootcamp 2.0 always produces an "unmountable boot volume error" when I try to dual boot windows. Bootcamp was working for me perfectly when I still had Tiger and used the beta 1.4 version. Can anyone please help me transfer my current mac files to my pc using an ethernet cable connection? Thanks a lot, any help is appreciated.

You cant use an ethernet cable because it doesn't work that way. You need to either buy a cross over cable , or make one. Easiest is to go on ebay and buy on for like 3 bucks shipped.
If you have a flash drive you should be able to get some files on to there. It all depends on what you want to transfer. If they are mac files , windows won't recognize them , and if thats the case you will need to download some sort of converting program. Good luck ![]()
