I have XP Pro 64, I want to know which of these two programs is better for the whole hack/tweak/tune scene. TuneUp Utilities 2008, or Wintools.net Professional 9. The cnet has not reviewed either, but user reviews are both at 4.5, with like 700 people voting on tuneup and only 18 for wintools. Anyone know which is better?

Whats tuneup do that you couldn't yourself with or without a some free applications?
For example CCleaner, Recuva, Advance WindowsCare, TweakUI, and a defrag application... those pretty much do everything TuneUp Utilites does... for free.
