Default Program fragment finder

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a program that can find undeleted elements of programs. (i.e. .dll files and such) Then allow me to delete these.

For example I know there are several programs that I have installed then removed, or that had problems installing. I'm thinking that these may leave something behind.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried CCleaner in combination with jkdefrag? I find this combo takes out most crap on my disks.
Good luck

Cool thanks for the help. Rep+ to everybody. That CCleaner tool is amazing.
I had over 2GB of unused garbage on my machine.
