1) i think this may violate the TOS... lol.
2) looks like bloated crap to me... This thing has 3-4 different web broswers... seriously XP is big enough without tossing a bunch of junk in it.
3) why not just use N-Lite to make your own boot CD's. It'll do most WIndows tweaking adn i think there's a way to get it to install additional software. (and it's freeware)

He just told him what it is, he isn't condoning it or providing a location.
Interesting combination of software, but most of it people install themselves. Really I see no point in running the risk for most of that stuff. Plus, the disc image must be HUGE to include stuff like Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
