No, it can only use 3.25 GB. The 750 MB cannot be used since you have a 32 bit Windows.

okay , i know this is a common question , but i havent found an answer looking through stuff.

I have 4 GBs in , but its showing as only 3GBs. How can i change this?

You are currently running a 32-bit OS, you are gonna need to use a 64-bit OS to take advantage of 4+ GB of memory.

In order for you to use all 4gb of your ram you will need a 64bit OS, 32bit OS cannot address that much memory hence why you see around 3gb.

As pointed out, you need an OS like XP x64 and Vista x64 to get all 4 gb's to be recognized.
