Ok i just did a system restore like 45mins ago. i installed Active Sync so i can view my calendar on my phone. and i lost all netowrk connection. i unistalled activesync and the problem was still there. this never happend to me before this so i'm wondering if it has to do with a corrput file or a mistake in the install.

Sorry i did a system restore after i unistalled active sync. now i have network connection agai. basically took it back to about 2hrs ago before i installed active sync.

System restore is very unreliable, IMO. Best invest in a good backup program.
Try resetting the network devices. If this is on the phone, try resetting that, or deleting the profile on the phone an PC. keep personal stuff on the phone.

Yeah i had an old profile in the phone i deleted, because my phone can only handle 2 profiles. the one for work i left alone,the old profile was from my old iwindows nstall like 3months ago.

it's funny cause i remeber going into cmd prompt and i saw a static IP. i released it and renewed it and it was still coming up with the same static ip.

doesn't matter, ipconfig only shows your LAN ip, which is the first available. you released yours, thus making it the first available (in order by numbers)
