J/k but seriously Okay so Windows Vista build 6001 (SP1 RC) DOES NOT support patching theme files ! And that makes me mad RAWR MICROSOFT BAD MICROSOFT DISABLING MY KICK BUTT THEMESESESESS!

Lol But seriously does anyone know how to make them work in sp1?

i think thats the beta that you could hack, so you can get it for free.

doing a quick search, and yeah thats the version you can crack and get Vista for free

Just re-patch the 3 files. Thats what I did and it put my custom theme back on.

Well I've tried repatching them and everytime i have to go back in and restore the originals because the themes wont work it just sits on the windows classic theme it won't even show my custom themes as an option.

Windows refuses to let me take control of the 3 .dll's i need to replace it just says access denied, And YES I am the administrator account on this pc no other users.
