Default iexporer.exe burning up cpu

hello, everytime i start windows i get two iexplorer.exe process come up and they burn up my cpu i end them in the task manager but its getting really anoying any ideas

AVG free edition: www.grisoft.com
Spybot search and destroy: www.safer-networking.org
Both freeware.
And get Fire Fox,it owns IE

Because those are my favorite kind

Mostly blocked by firewalls though if you have the right ports blocked
