remapping with my mobo?

New to Overclock.net

I got 4g of RAM and vista x64, but im still getting only 3.5g of RAM, and i heard that some mobo doesnt support remapping, is that true? in that case is my mobo capable?

Not sure how true this is as I'm not much for asus but here gonna do more searching but that lil quote down there seemed promising as he said its from the manual..

Are you running a 64bit operating system?
If not then you'll only see 3.5Gb
